I got new vans boots for snowboarding and it doesnt have any place for the leash...?

where should i attach the leash to. my new boots dont have any rings on the front... help!

laces work but put it close to the toe

I wouldn't worry too much about the leash, unless where you go riding requires you to have one.  The chance of the board coming free is almost impossibly  slim.

You could just clip it onto your laces.  It serves the same purpose.  Or, if you have any key rings, like the ones on key chains, you could use that and put it on your laces.
