It depends on what they are offering you the money for.

The Stallion Group does a lot of investing in oil and natural gas exploration. My intuition is telling me that you are sitting on some land they want explore.

You need to go over exactly what they are offering...preferably with an attorney.

For example:

You don't want to sign away your mineral rights for $2,000.00, only to have them make millions off of your property and ruining your land.
