You have not provided details about your employment offer vis a vis Company's location in Nigeria, whether expatriate owned or Nigerian owned and finally how did you get the offer if through internet website or what? Please send more details.

As for Visa and work permit, your employer Tinapa Hotel has to send you required documents to enable you apply at Nigerian High commission at Delhi. You can ask Nigerian High commission about the type of documents they may require for the purpose of issuance of STR visa.

the visa and work permit has to be arranged by your employers in Nigeria. once they take approval from Nigerian home ministry they sill send the required documents to u , and after that u contact Nigerian High commission and get your visa.
