I got on a website i dont want my kids to see how do i earse it?

Open internet options click the security tab and enter the sites adress in the restrickted sites that will stop the computor from being able to go to that site,then as a final touch go back to the general tab and click delete all browsing history,that should pretty much do it

You can clear your history by going to Tools and then Internet Options and then under General click Clear History. To get rid of your search history you need to go to Tools and then Internet Options. Under Content select Auto Complete.  Then click on Clear Forms. This will erase your search history. If you don't want things showing up again in your search history then deselect the Auto Complete options at the top. Be sure to select apply or OK at the bottom.

go to control panel, internet options and delete all history, cookies, temporary files etc... also u can select keep history option for zero number of days. this way u dont have to delete history everytime...
