I got photo speed ticket of 47mile in 35mile zone in Arizona.

It shows my car plate but my face is unclear, hard to see eyes, nose, and mouth...

How can I dispute the ticket?

  1. You can dispute it all you want.  They're not interested in the driver, only the registered owner.  The violation will be handled like a parking ticket.  If unpaid, the fine goes up, and it will be turned over to a collection agency.

  2. If someone stole your car that afternoon they will drop charges. Case dismissed.

  3. NO the photo was of the license plate and vehicle, not particuarly the operator. Sorry dude, speed and face the fines.

  4. Well, if it WAS you... Just pay the freaking ticket!

  5. Pay the fine and slow down.  I used to be guilty of having a lead foot (no, I'm not bragging, just stating facts).  After getting a speeding ticket (yep, I was speeding) I paid the fine and slowed down.  Face the consequences of your actions instead of whining and looking for loopholes.

  6. If you are the registered owner of the car then you are liable for the speeding ticket, same as if you got a parking ticket.  They don't know who parked the car, but will ticket the vehicle and the registered owner will get the points on their record.

If you were not driving the car that day, you must bring the driver with you to court to have the ticket transferred to his driving record, but the ticket will not go away . . . someone did break the law that day in that car.
