I got pulled over and I run away

Question

I was speeding on the freeway going around 90-100 when I was pulled over. I was on my motorcycle so I decided to run to avoid the insurance rates and ticket and I was surprised when I got away! But why haven't I got in trouble yet, it has been almost 2 months.

What makes you think that you got away? The police your your license plates, name , address, everything when they pulled you over. Running away was the dumbest thing you could have done. All you had to do was face getting a ticket. Now you are going to face jail time.

I hate it when Motorcyclist say that we need to share the road with them.....thats BULL, for example look at yourself , you are speeding and driving recklessly.  Be safe we have little kids out there !!

Maybe you're just lucky and they didn't catch your plate. That or they're looking for you, or watching out for you.

Either way, if you get caught, you might be in some deep ****.. you can get arrested.

They R defiantly going to arrest you for that. I bet they got your license plate number and R just trying to get you. But that seriously wasn't a good idea.

Usually if they got your license plate then you will get a ticket in the mail.

Or a warrant for your arrest will be out, and most people will not know it.

Or they just didn't feel like messing with it.

You are lucky! It is almost impossible to accomplish what you did today with the technology out there. If the officer had a dash camera and recorded your license plate, you might have a bench warrant out for your arrest. Call the court to find out. Next time, you'd better stop. If you don't and get caught, you'll be facing all kinds of other charges which frankly are not worth the trouble.

wow... you did it to avoid insurance rates and a ticket?  you do realize when they do catch you, and they will, the insurance rates and the ticket will be alot more expensive than if you just STAY PULLED OVER if you get pulled over... plus the whole jail and prison thing,... obviously much better to be in prison and pay thousands of dollars than to pay a couple hundred for a ticket... you are retarded
