i would like to know if cops will know that i do not have i driver license and got pulled over two times driving the same car. does anyone know if cops have the record of my car and my record in their computers, or can they only find out after pulling me over? i know they will know if you do not have registration and/or insurance. but what other type of information do they have and can use to pull you over? thanks in advance

  1. That depends on the program they use.  The one that I use, when you enter the license plate it will not only display the registered owner's name, but it will show all activity involving that license plate.  That includes any tickets issued to anyone using that plate, if it was ever reported as stolen, if it was ever used in a crime.  They can use any reasonable suspicion to pull you over.

  2. Cops talk to each other all the time and tell each other all kinds of info. They do not need to enter the computer to see you do not have a license.

As for what is on the computers. Each system is diffrent. In some places when the plate is run the record for the owner comes up right away also to save time as the owner is most often the driver.

  3. They know everything.  Including that time you were smokin week in the restroom and ditched the joint right as the fuzz came bustin' in.  They know what you were up to and it's well documented.  Stop breakin' the law!!

  4. clearly you have problems with responsibility.  get your license and obey the driving laws.  this will reduce your chances of being pulled over.

  5. HAhahaha! No, no - the cops know NOTHING about you! Keep doing what you're doing - it all based on the honor system. "Have you been drinking tonight" ..

    "No, Sir, Ossifer"...

    "Ok, have a good night".
