I got punched a few hours ago, What should I do to the cut?

I got cut, How should I fix this? I don't know what I should do?

Clean the area.

Put a cloth over a baggy of ice and apply for 10 minutes.

Clean Again.

Patch.

For something like that I suggest using butterflies or gauze and medical tape (the white eat to peal tape).

Also take some advil.
