he locked me in a room and told me to have s*x with he and i said NO and then he held me down and raped me and i took a test and i am pregnant and my parents are in the UK and i am In NC

and i staying with my friend and she is only 14 please what should i do please Help

Think about it this way u don't want this to happen to any one else right then u need to let the cops kw whats going on because he could hurt someone else! You have to tell the police and get yourself to a doctor. Like an emergency clinic or a Planned Parenthood if you have one there. You can also look in a phone book and find a Rape Crisis phone number. They will help you through the enitre ordeal from what to do, who can help you, and be by your side so you don't go through this alone. Be strong okay? A prenatal check up is where they do a pregnancy test, they will do a physical pelvic exam and a vaginal ultrasound to see how far along you are. They will also do some test to check if you have any STDs (sexually transmitted disease). It is uncomfortable but very quick.
