I got really awful mensturation cramps but then I didn't begin to mensturate?

I get really bad cramps then I start my period. The pain is so bad that I literally feel faint and see black spots before my eyes. I got the exact same cramps this morning, there's no mistaking the pain, but then my period didn't begin.

As the others say, when are you suppose to be ovulating? If your period doesn't show up around the time it's suppose to, wait a week before taking a pregnancy test. You could have possibly had a miscarriage, or like someone else said, ovulation cramps.

Were you due to get your period?  Some women cramp when they ovulate.

dats tru it was ovulation taking place.don't get tu worried dese things r normal.i have dem tu!

Maybe you aren't drinking enough water. But I'm not sure..

When you have cramps you should take midol or tylenol.
