I got red sharpie all over my canvas binder for school how can i get it off?

ok so i got alot of red sharpie on my binder about 5 months ago and i didn't think much of it but now i want it off do u have any ideas?

You can try using nail polish remover as that will dissolve the marker.  You should first check to make sure the nail polish remover won't discolor the canvas by putting a little bit in a hidden spot.  If the cover comes off the binder, I'd take it off and just soak it in a bowl of nail polish remover.  If it's a lot of marker or it's on a very light colored binder, you probably won't be able to get it all off.  You could also just cover it with stickers or something else to hide the marker.

Best thing you can do is buy a new binder I am afraid.  The do make some stuff called Goof Off 2 but I am afraid it may take the color out of your binder also. You get it at Lowe's or The Home Depot.
