I got refused for UK visa 5 years ago because I submitted a false Ordinary Level & Advance Level certificates as instructed by the agent who sends students to UK for higher studies. Later I realised he was a fraud & cheated many such students & vanished. Also I could realise that I had the required IT qualifications & eligible to study the course I applied in the UK. Since I gave 2 false O/L & A/L documents I was refused Visa. I'm a genuine student & have been improving my qualifications & IT experience since then.

Now I'm wishing to pursue my higher studies at much higher level (Postgraduate study) with a view to read for an MBA. Will I be able to get the visa now or will i be refused again?

First time I applied for MCSE Windows 2000 track program but now I'm applying for MBA

  1. No one cares what you are qualified for. Was the barrier permanent or can you appeal? It is a warning you should share as much as possible with all the students in your home country so they don't lie like you did.

  2. what do you expect??

  3. You committed fraud and are barred from re-entry -- permanently.  UK shares such data with Canada, US, Australia, NZ, etc.

Plus any visa application will ask you if you have ever been denied entry, had a visa refused or revoked, or been deported from any country.  If you lie, that is perjury and/or fraud, and you are permanently barred from the country.  And you do not get brownie points for telling the truth -- you are barred from the country.

Do not waste your time or money applying for foreign grad schools, applying for visas, etc.  You are cooked, and you stay home -- forever.

  4. ignore some of the stupid comments you get on here. i would suggest reading the entry clearance guidance on the uk visas website as it does give valid info and there is a part about refusals and if you been refused b4 email me and i give you through guidance

  5. someone got refused? well thats made my day :)

  6. Hopefully you will get refused again ! lets give the genuine english students a chance instead !

  7. If you have already been refused entry to the UK for committing fraud I would be very surprised if they accepted you again.

  8. 5 years ago you were refused entry because you produced fraudulent qualifications.

Now you would like to try again with a different set of certificates in the hope immigration might have forgotten you're a cheat.

I'm sure Kabul university run a similar course; would it not be better to apply to them; the UK already has it's quota of qualified foreign students.

  9. Since you knowingly offered two Bogus Certificates before and got found out ,no official will ever want to believe you again.

Why should they ? They have more Applicants like you that they can choose from without any risk. You have blown it .
