I got rejected twice for f1 visa and i want to apply again with same university with 10 days gap.?

first f1 applied on march 10,2008 stratford univ ,2nd f1 applied on

april 10 ,2008 NPU,both are rejected,can i apply for f1 again with

same NPU university with 10 days gap as it has may 31 2008 expiry.

The gaps are independent so you wouldn't be breaking the rules.  However, a rejection notice is not considered private information.   Also, keep in mind that getting accepted to a collage may be a reason to reject you for a student visa.

You want to use a loophole but it could be your undoing.
