I got ripped off on ebay any advice?

About a week ago i won a auction of a ipod, about 3 days later i receive it and i find it isnt working properly it isnt turning on and i contact the seller and we try to work it out, she wont give me a refund cuz she ses that the return policy was 3 days but i contacted her within the third day and she responded on the 4th, i send it back to her so she can send it back to the company she bought it from and then about a week later she lets me know that there has been water damaged and she blames it on me that its my fault and shes going to send the ipod back and its my responsibility, ima 15 year old kid and i just need some advice on how i could get my money back, thanks in advance

that sucks man.. But I know with ebay you should be able to get your money back. Just contact ebay and tell them. I bought an ipod off ebay.. but it was working fine. So don't give up.

if the ipod is new there is a factory warrantee that you can use, all you need is proof of purchase, also i suggest going to somewhere like Best-Buy and get it fixed if you're really desperate.

File a dispute with Paypal and also ebay. If need be (I hope you paid with someone's credit card) contest the charge on the credit card bill - but only as a last resort.

If you paid with your bank account, it may be harder to get your money back, especially because you are too young to legally enter into a contract.

well by law if you complained with in the three days you are entitled to a complete refund and if when you received it it was broken for any reason then it is the sellers fault i would suggest that you e mail e bay its self with your complaint and if nothing happens take the issue to small claims court .

first of all  dont u have to be of age to order stuff online like that. 2nd of all she is in the wrong. but u have no proof so ur pretty much screwed youngin:) unless u can tell ur parents and they can report her or something
