I got samsung home cinema (hc) system?i want to know can i connects hc speakers to tv?

i want to know i got 5 speakers when i play dvd i can open the volume in home cinema but i can't open tv volume becasue its only connect with home cinema.i want to know how can i connect these speakers to tv so i can watch sky channels and when i open tv volume,i can hear from the home cinema speakers

If your tv doesn't have audio outputs, use the output on your set top box if you have one. Look in the manuals to find the right output to match the inputs on the home cinema system.

There are three major input types for hd audio: digital coaxial, toslink (optical), and HDMI. Coaxial looks like an rca plug (what you plug in vcr's, etc. with), toslink looks like a little black door that as a light behind it when you open it, and HDMI looks similar to USB.
