I got sciatic nerve bad ut i fell the pain 4 times a year but when that happens i can walk for 30 min ?

There are many causes of sciatica, including disc injuries.

You need to see you doctor and request an MRI scan, to fully understand the cause of your pain.  If you do not know the cause, you will never be able to treat it correctly and recover properly.
