I got some medicine but it reads in french..what is it for?

My hubbys family members husband is french and is visiting us for a couple weeks here in florida..he gave my hubby some medicine because he was not feeling good but its in french and my boyfriend doesnt know what it is..He said it will help my mans headache but afraid hes afraid there might be aspirin in it (allergic) can someone help me find out what it is and what the ingredients are?

The name is Efferalgan 500mg

it says comprime effervescent secable....paracetamol.

It looks like alka seltzer too.

  1. There is no aspirin in Efferalgan, only paracetamol which has the same effects (like against headaches, fever, ...)


  2. Efferalgan is with out aspirin. So don't worry. It is use most of time for headache or others pains...

  3. It is safe. Efferalgan is used as a substitute for aspirin. It is less powerfull but still it works in case of head aches, fever and other pains.

    Just put one in a glass and add some water. Wait for it to desolve and drink. 2 or 3 everyday is enough.
