Okay I have a 2007 mazda 6i automatic transmission with around 30,800 miles. First question, should I go to the Mazda dealer to change my transmission oil or is there a better place that you recommend that I should go to? but the thing is that if I go to any type of place to change my transmission oil I have a feeling they might put the wrong transmission fluid in. And what is the right type of fluid anyways? Second question, and this may sound stupid but what's the appropriate name for my spark plugs I heard someone tell me they were coil overs not spark plugs??? So I'm confuse, what to tell the dealer. Third and question, well when my a/c is on sometimes I could smell some sort of burnt rubber going through the vents but not so sure what it is. I have had my car for 2 months and I think i have smelled it twice. I could smell for about only 5 seconds then it disappears but, any clue what it could be? Can it be really bad? and Finally question sorry for all the questions lol, I am just wondering were the heck are my vacuum lines are?

  1. goto a mazda dealer  and let them handle it all. i dont think you need a trans oil change. only 30,000 miles.  and one thing i will insist on :

NEVER ,EVER,GET A TRANSMISSION FLUSH.FROM ANYONE,EVER. Just get the pan dropped,,the filter changed. If they want to bleed out all the fluid they can open he front lines to the radiator and let it drip out..

So if they then come back and try to tell you some other bull ****---Just go somewhere else

  2. que true question here is

how many more times will you gonna post this question again?

to people with no knowledge at all about car don't expect here get a full answer about it, you will have to learn the hard way

so here is once again a short answer to your repeated questions

whatever the place you choose to change the trans oil is ok the oil is regular automatic transmission fluid better know as dextron mercon III, you have a car not a sky rocket ok? there is nothing about nasa in your car

what is the appropriate name for something has been call the correct way? yes they are call spark plugs because that's the correct name, coil overs are some kind of lowering springs... don't ask now where they are ok?

and finally a good question... the smell on the ac can be moisturize and that's a normal, well if the smell goes away fast there is nothing to worry about, the problem cames if the smell stay there for long periods of time

and another stupid question, where are the vacumm lines? they are all over the engine, in the intake manifold, of course, attached to the vacumm pump, ect....
