I got something off eBay in April, but it still hasn't come in yet? It's been two months.?

I won an auction for Zelda: Collectors Edition off eBay, and it's been two months since I won the auction. And I still haven't gotten it yet?

On Ebay there is an option where you can report an item not received and they will take you through the steps on how to report the item, contact the seller, etc.  If steps are unsuccessful and you have attempted all steps they require and you paid thru paypal, then I know there are times you can get your money back and the buyers paypal account will be debited (even if they don't have funds in account) and closed.
