I got speeding Ticket in PA?

Question

I got a ticket which says charge 3361-A fail to operate at safe speed (doing 80 on wet road)

but on the ticket the cop wrote wrong color of the car . Can this ticket be thrown out .

Does any one know how many points it carries ?

I doubt if that willl get you out of it You should not have been speeding that fast on a wet  road.
