I got speeding ticket 3002/unsafe speed

i am going 90-95 on highway..i guess he didn't measure the speed.. he just said 3002/unsafe speed wht that mean..and i am 19 years old

plz help me ..i am so scared

  1. You'll have to pay the ticket.  You could contest the ticket but you would have a slim chance of proving that you were not speeding.  The ticket that you received means that you were driving an unsafe speed for conditions.  Last time I checked, there is no speed limit greater than 70, so chances are you deserve the ticket.


  2. If you have a clean record you can go to traffic school this will probably cost about $100 ish (in Calif) but doesn't go on your record

  3. It means he did not clock you with radar or any other speed measurement device, so he does not have your exact speed. However, he was able to tell you were going much faster than the posted limit.
