I got sprain in my neck....

hi,,as i got up from my bed today morning turned my neck and a loud sound came from my neck giving me a severe and painful sprain ,,iam not able to twist and turn my neck ,,its paining a lot ,,not able to drive even please help me .........THANKS .

See your doctor, neck injuries can be serious.

Get somebody to drive you to your doctor as soon as possible. In the meantime, apply heat to the affected area. Good luck and hope you feel better soon.
