  1. I've heard rubbing tobacco from a cigarette can alieviate the pain, but I don't know if it's true. Just make sure the cigarette hasn't been lit.

  2. from the bee venom, as soon as you are stung you are supposed to run a credit card or something similar over the sting to pull out the stinger..... when you push on it with your nail or pick at it you are actually making the stinger release more poison into your skin.  you should be fine if it happened saturday it will go down in a few days.

  3. The venom, it will eventually go down.

  4. try putting some ice on it for a while, dry it, and then put baking soda on it.

after, put some neosporin on it so it wont get infected.

  5. Well what you should do is make sure the stinger is out of the bump- get close to a mirror and seeif you can see a black or brown speck in the middle of the bump. If you can, put ice on the bump to get it to go down, then SCRAPE (DO NOT PULL) the stinger out of the area- a credit card works good, or your fingernail.

Then mix a paste of water with crushed aspirin. Mix it until it's about the consistency of toothpaste, and spread it on the area- it minimizes swelling, and dulls any pain from the sting.

The bump is there because the venom (a toxin your body is trying to deal with) is still present in the sting, which means the stinger is probably still in there.

IF you are concerned about it, can't find the stinger, or it hurts too much to get out, see your doctor- they have a better chance of removing the stinger if it's still in there.

Next time you get stung, scrape away the stinger IMMEDIATELY then apply the aspirin paste. It really helps.
