I got suspended from work till further notice?

jahirah ( is my supervisor) and habsaha (is an employee) There messing around before i went down to bring my paper work to my supervisor. So Jahirah runs behind me as absaha come towards me as i put my hands out blocking her from getting to jahirah.Trying to block the situation to get worse.

So this women habsaha comes at me wit a sticky roll and aims at my private area, so i try and take it away from her and she bites me on the hand. So that's where my self defense came into action. I either broke her wrist or sprained it bottom line.

So why can this women working when i was the one being sexually assaulted and biten, when i only did self defense after she put her mouth on me.

and im the only one being suspended?W T F is that bullshit

You need to speak to somebody above the person that suspended you.  Speak with HR (Human Resources) or a supervisor.  If they are not willing to assist you, ask them who CAN help you.  If you work for a large corporation (Starbucks, or something) there are phone numbers you can call.

Document your injuries, and exactly what happened.  

Speak to the Personnel Director or Human Resources Manager.  You might have a claim for sexual harassment.

You may want to retain a lawyer if you think you can prove that you were assaulted.
