Are you using the wrong term here?  What has her choice got to do with how tall he is?  Try to reword this question and re post it.

Some father's have a choice in their daughter's choice of husband and some don't. It depends if you believe in these things.

I'd say the best height for a father to be is a loveable height. Who cares how tall he is as long as you can live happily together and he can be a good father?

if you love somebody you shouldnt care what other people say. even your dad.

and height? who cares? if you love him it doesnt matter.

A daughter can look up to a father of any height, even one who is 3 feet shorter than she is.
