I got this great question for time...?

Question

OK since most of you should know time really does not exsit cause time is not relivent but its to are respective. I got this great Q if time is around 23.45 hours some where along there then if theres two 12:00 and one 12pm which goes to 1 pm not 1 am .. what is the other twelve .... is it 12 pm also or 12 am or is it both? *sorry for some spelling might know stuff about timing but i don't spell that great.*
