Hi! I can pay through my verified PayPal account in Ukraine. Can you ship item to my friend's address in USA? (It is registered as my primary shipping address in eBay.com) Thanks.

it is possible for them to change the shipping address through paypal -- they should do that. you keep your address as the billing address and they add a shipping address. i get gifts and ship them like that all the time.
