I got ticket 4 trying to get in the bar, with my older brothers driver licence?

i try to get in the bar with my friends, in downtown Naperville and bouncer asked me for onother ID, i pull my real ID and give him...he told me to walk away or ill get in the trouble, so while i was leaving, cop's wore near by and they saw me walking away so they came and give me ticket, they asked me some questions and give me court date, so i dont know what to expect...bdw i have 2 speeding tickets..it was my older brother's driver licence, should i get a loyer?....sry..on my english....and thnks in advance!!!

In Illinois if you get caught with a fake id you lose your drivers license for a year. The bouncers dt naperville are jags, they get a headset and all the sudden they think they work at studio 54. you should have called him a name punched him in the mouth took back your bro's id and been on your way. naperville cops suck too. you should know all of this if your from the area.

Why get a lawyer?  You obviously committed the crime, and the officers know that.  If you go to court you will most likely get found guilty, and then you would have the fees associated with the fine and then the lawyers fee on top of that.  I fyou want to try and fight the case by all means do so, but think about the logic ahead of time!

Italia.... excellant advice. Since I am a retired officer, I'd love to see that scenario. Bouncers are paid to do a job. They did it. He admitted he was wrong and committed an illegal act. Got busted. So what?

Hope you go kick azz at every bar you go to. Wont see you on YA for very much longer if you do. Whoop up on those bouncers. eh? I live in Illinois and am glad the fellas are doing a fine job.

You will probably just get a fine and have to do community service.  Unless they are threatening you with jail time don't worry about a lawyer.  They will let you know if you need one when you go to court.  Get your speeding tickets paid before court!
