  1. its probably the ordinance code for the violation..if it was a parking ticket it would be a different number

  2. it is either your state statute # pertaining to this offense or the local ordinance # for curfew violation.

  3. PLEAD NOT GUILTY.

THE ONLY THING SAFE TO SAY WITH OUT AN ATTORNEY IS TO TELL THE COURT YOU ENTER A PLEA OF NOT GUILTY. DO NOT TALK TO THE PROSECUTOR, THE COPS, OR ANYONE ELSE.

YOU SHOULD GET A COPY OF THE LAW. YOU CAN TELL THEM YOU PLEAD NOT GUILTY AND YOU WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST A COPY OF THE LAW.

YOU SHOULD REALLY GET A FREE CONSULTATION WITH A LAWYER.

LET US KNOW HOW YOU DO

Youth curfews have only stood up when they have political and religious exemptions.

Tell the court you were staging a political protest against the curfew.
