Ok I'm about 5'8 and weight about 163 pounds. I'm 17 years old. Now being 160 some pounds isn't all that bad for a 17 year old. The problem is that it isn't muscle. Now I'm not fat but most of the fat I do have is near my belly area. I wanna turn this 160 pounds to mostly muscle. Also, I'm really out of shape. In about 3 months soccer season is going to start and I'm soing to be in my senior year. I wanna be in top shape so I know I got to get out there and start running.Any advice would be helpful.
