I got tryouts today, need some advice.

Today are varsity soccer tryouts. I have'nt been running as much as I should, and I am out of shape.

I am just wondering what are some good things to eat/drink before going to tryouts. Anything that will help me. Like powerbars? or an energy drink? Any tips would be great.

  1. Don't drink an energy drink because they will speed up your heart & then it'll just crash. Haven't you seen the commercials? Lol. Get a power bar- and drink a lot of water.
