I got workman comp 6years ago, now i got same injury at new job can i get workman comp again?

i got tendinitis years ago now i have it again,can i get workman comp for pre-existing injury

I don't know. You should contact a lawyer about it.

I would very much doubt it. I think the Insurers would look at the fact you took another job which could give you the same problem or aggravate a pre exiting injury.
