Are you in Canada? I don't think analog is going out. If it does, you can just get a converter to tune the digital over the air channels.

I got two coupons from the US Gov't for the digital to analog converter boxes. The coupons are for $40 off the converter box. Boxes usually run $60. This way your TV will work on the digital broadcasts. I have never heard of the manufacturers you mentioned, so I can not recommend any one over the other. Why don't you just get a converter box? This way your analog TV will work on digital broadcasts. Good Luck!
