help please! i GOT TOA lose weight before school starts. i weigh 90 pounds and i know its unlhealthy and blah blah blah but seriously, just help me lose some weigh quick. thanks to all!

  1. if you lose any more weight you will be really tired and you won't enjoy your life. You won't have any more energy.


  2. Why do you want to lose weight for school? Is there a particular reason for this?

    You go to school to learn, not to look good or anything along those lines.

    I sense you might be wanting to lose weight when you don't need to, as your weight looks fine to me.  

  3. You obviously know that you don't need to lose weight.  Concentrate on being fit, healthy, strong and healthy.  Keeping a food journal really does help.  It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.

    Make a few small changes - walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days.  Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer.

    Start a weight lifting routine. It will help increase your metabolism and make you feel and look better in so many ways. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall.

    In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Drink plenty of water. You will begin to see changes in your body.

  4. you know you don't even have to lose weight you might just need to tone up a bit. So just do sit ups crunches push-ups ect. you know?

    Because after all you may weigh 90 lbs. but it can all be just like unhealthy skinny fat..

    So you should just worry about toning up mostly.

    and it isnt "blah blah blah" its your own health.

    you admit you have a disorder, keyword: disorder.

    thats a bad thing, go get some help, because normal people think people that are too skinny like you are screwed up.... it doesnt make you attractive, its actually a turn-off for both male and female.

  6. If you're 90 and over 5 feet and want to lose weight, I suggest a pyschologist...
