I grew a few purple , yellow and pineapple tomatillos, now what do I do with them?

At this time I have a couple dozen of all three. They are very sweet. Has any one made anything with them that tasted REAL Good?

I've heard that the pineapple tomatillos will make a good jam or pie filling. I would think that the yellow and the purple would also make a good jam.

It doesn't sound like you have enough for a full batch of jam. Perhaps an ice cream topping?

I'm afraid I haven't done this myself. I grew pineapple tomatillos, but didn't get enough to make a full batch of anything, but I did want to try the jam.
