I depends on how old you are. Just because you are in the 4th grade doesn't mean that you are the same age as all of the other kids. What grades did you fail, and how many times.

Sure, it's normal. Everyone goes through puberty at different rates, you were just one of the normal few to start it early. It's entirely normal, just not common.

Not really but itz okay. My little sister is 6 N shes growing under arm hair. N my step dad had is stash in 6 grade 2 but me on the other hand i started really growing mine jus now before 10th grade. So your okay.
