I guess my body is in starvation mode...?

question 1...if i eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast and a meal for dinner will that put me back on track?

question 2- if i do the 5 meals a day thing how much am i supposed to eat for each meal?

question 3- the 20 pounds i lost during these past weeks is there any way to keep it off?

  1. 1. eat more than just 2 meals a day

    2. basically it doesnt matter how much meals you eat, it matters how much calories you eat in a day. So basically you want to not go past 2000 calories if your losing weight. I say eat around 400 calories a meal if you eat 5

    3.To keep it off keep on exercising by running, playing sports, biking outside anything active.
