I had 3 toads and 2 died. The other got sick like them but got better. He pooped rocks and got well again.?

Question

after he pooped rocks he seemed fine again. He was the biggest of the 3 so im thinking they ate rocks accidently and the other 2 were too small to handel them. SHOULD I REPLACE THE SMALL ROCK WITH BIGGER ROCKS OR SOME OTHER SUBSTANCE? PLEASE HELP ME AND MY TOAD SPOT!!!!!

ok this is frog keeping basics NEVER put stones in smaller than the frogs head. if u had done the correct research before getting your pets u would know this

Replace the rocks with a mixture of Eco-Earth or Bed -A - Beast and some leaf litter or dirt. Add some nice green moss and a plant.Keep it moist and make sure the toad has plenty of water in a shallow dish. You should also have something for mthe toad to hide in or under.Gravel and rocks are dangerous for frogs and toads.

probaly died of impaction,try some eco earth substrate or coconut husk

yes if he is eating rocks, change the substrate right away.  thats a miserable way to have to die.
