I had a 19'' flat screen monitor and went to a 15'' one-Now all my fonts & icons are messed up. How Do I FIX??

Like all of my icons in the lower left hand corner where the clock is are distorted. The font on my yahoo messenger is so tiny you can barely read it. My icons on my desktop are HUGE & Ran together. How do I fix this all where it is in sync? Thanks!

why would you do that? go from a 19 inch to a 15 inch. Change the screen resolution...

Windows was unable to detect the monitor change so the settings are still set for the 19 inch. Right click anywhere on your screen where there is not a window open or an icon. Cick the propeties & then click the settings tab (this is for video). Now just tell it what settings you want & click apply.

You may want to see if the new monitor has an auto configure/calibration button on it, but I would try the above first.
