  1. IT WILL STAY ON YOUR RECORDS, GO TALK TO THE COUNTY CLERK OFFICE AND THEY WILL TELL YOU HOW TO FILE THE PAPERS TO REMOVE IT

  2. There is a good chance it will. You are a criminal now. Do you think being branded forever for mistakes is a good idea?

Just think, the judge that sentenced you may have punched a cop in the face when he was a kid, but now with these records you will never have the opportunity to overcome your past. You are forever labeled as a drunk criminal.

  3. That you had a DUI.   Once you have a felony on your record it stays with you.

  4. The DUI remains on your record. However, it was 14 years ago, and I predict that you have learned from the experience. You might look at it in a different perspective now that you're older.

  5. if you were under 18 when it happened.

they normally don't look into your past records.

unless you want to work for the FBI or something.

  6. don't think so , but get a print out from the DMV see what turns up

  7. Dui is a fore ever charge that will always be on your drivers record, and every state reciprocate if you get more to prosecute you for multiple charges of DUI, so if you get one in Georgia, then move to Texas and get one there, then move to Florida you will be a third time DUI driver and get the maditory sentence, of 5 years.

  8. Hmm should may be.. You can go to your states court website or police record site and purchase a record of yourself.

  9. If the offense was not cleared up, you would not be able to re-instate or renew your driver's license...Go to your motor vehicle office and get a copy of your driver record...Cost is usually less than $10 and they can get it for you in a couple of minutes.

    All the best.
