Actually it is not permitted under the TOS of Y!A to place personal info about people here (such as telephone numbers, address info etc), so not wanting to earn a violation I am also not going to do that!

However, normally there are a couple of places that people register with, both international ones like Facebook, Myspace etc, and also NL ones such as Schoolbank & Hyves.  Plus there is of course a telephone directory (white pages) if he has a listed telephone number

I did a quick check and two reference come up on facebook - one female and one which could be him.  In which case you can register yourself on Facebook and send him a message to see if it is the correct one

Then there are 4 listings in the telephone book depending on his initials (which if he is a friend of yours you will probably know better than me)

You an also check by placing his name in google.nl with " marks either side so "Anan Saad" - again some references come up with one in Arabic mentioning his name and that he is a teacher

Anyway, this should give you enough info to get started
