I had a Hacker take "My Yahoo ID" for money ,please help.?

He used a friend ID and IM me with a web site "my new pic." and when I chicked on it was a Hacking site do not go to it but it is http:/warpk,freehostia.com/ The site said if I paid I could get my yahoo back..
