I had a bird fly into my living room window and then within the hour, one flew into my car window

As I was driving, one flew into my car window. What are the chances??? Anyone know what this might mean?

 Last Spring, a robin persistently pecked away at all the windows on the south side of our house.  We placed all sorts of deterrents - owl images, screening, etc. - on the windows and we could not get rid of this poor robin.  We loved our birds, but in the back of our minds was the old story my mother-in-law told of how this meant death would visit the family.  After such occurrences in her lifetime, two of her own family members would pass away.  We were really quite annoyed by this robin, and a sense of this wives' tale also loomed over the annoyance.  Finally, by the first of June, the robin was gone, but my husband died very suddenly and very unexpectedly in September!  Wives' tale, superstition, fable?  Maybe, but I have to wonder!
