I had a blood test taken today (day 21) to see if I ovulated, will it also show if I am pregnant?

They told me they would call me by Wednesday to let me know the results. I wish I would have asked them if they are testing for pregnancy as well. I'm going crazy waiting. I am so sick to my stomach but it might still be left over from the clomid I took on days 3-7, not sure???

No - they are really just checking to see if you ovulated and to confirm that your progesterone is at a level that can support a pregnancy.  It is still really early to have sufficient hcg to show on a pregnancy test.  A high progesterone level could be a slight indicator for pregnancy but it is also a side effect from doing a clomid medicated cycle.  You would still need to do either a home pregnancy test or blood test at a later date to confirm.
