If the paper is from you company, go. If it is from the other party, get advice from your company first. Their lawyers may have some say in the matter, as they are defending the action.

GO. cover your *** on every angle they throw at you it shows your responsible, look up deposition at the end of the day its your word against theirs, you never know they may not show up or they could say or do something stupid during the process
