  1. most likely yes they will add an undisclosed driver because one they can not trust him to not let people drive his car that do not have there own ins 2 he probably signed something saying that 3 they paid out in his behalf so they are going to raise his rates yes you screwed your friend,.

  2. Absolutely!  And they may get cancelled to boot if it was a new policy or if they have had other claims.  Plus if you get insurance in your name you will get charged for the accident too.

  3. Maybe, it depends on a whole bunch of questions and 'what if's' that aren't specified here.  The real question is, will their insurance COVER this accident?

  4. Chances are good it will go up because they have to put in a claim!

  5. Yes you just cost them a bad insurance claim and their rate will increase and they wont be able to change their car insurance for sometime to another company. Some company like allstate doesnot increase theier rates but wont give safe driving discounts.

    you owe them.

  6. If they pay out,the rate will increase, no matter who was driving...at the very least they will take away the no-claim bonus if there was one.

  7. yes along with yours since you were at fault
