I had a complaint about a hollister store.?

I went to their web site and e-mailed them 2 weeks ago. No response. soa week ago i did it agin no response. I want answers ,but don't know how to get them.??????????

  2. some companies don't respond to the questions customers answer through e-mail.

    either they haven't got to it yet because of too many questions to answer, don't have answer for it, or they're just lazy.

    (from my experience, very few companies answered me through e-mail)

    Customer service through phone line worked out better for me.

    I can't remember if Hollister has numbers for customer service(which they should if they don't!)

    try calling the numbers instead of e-mailing them for respond.

    they answer the phone faster than going through the web to look for questions.

    the lines might be busy, so just keep trying if you really want to talk to them about something.

    or you can just go to the store near by your house and ask to see the manager there.
