I had a crazy dream about tornadoes that could be real and it kind of scares me. What would you do?

So, I had a dream last night. This is what happened:

My mom, my two cousins, my little sister, and I were riding in a car. All of a sudden we heard tornado sirens and it was hailing. We were on a highway, about 20 minutes away from home. We saw where it was touching down on the right side of the highway. I kept yelling at my mom to go off the next exit ramp. She did and I told her I would run into a school and ask if we could come in because we had nowhere to go. They said yes and we all went in. Then, we were in for a little while [about a hour] and many people came running in screaming that it was coming and I was all by myself with less than two minutes to go somewhere and the school was huge.

Where would be the safest place to go in a huge school and it would be impossible to get to the bottom floor and the classrooms and bathrooms had a lot of windows? What would you or go if you were on a highway with nowhere to go? Would it be safer to try to beat the tornado than it would be to sit in a car? There are no ditches to get into, either.

Bathroom with no windows is the best.  A highway, you should exit your car and lay in a ditch.  If no ditch, find ground brush to grab onto.  And, stop eating ice cream before bed.

If you keep getting paranoid then go on the internet check if there's ever been a tornado somewhere around your area, as welll as check the whether because it is always 90% accurate. Don't worry !

If theres no place to go on the highway you never try and beat the tornado.  You should either go to a place that you can get very low or pull your car over and get under it.  I doubt that you'll ever have to do that but just be on the safe side.  Always make sure that your in a spot where you can feel safe if a tornado actually comes.

Dont try to outrun it if it get by you get out of the car and run to the nearest ditch,sewer pipe etc. anthing that can cover you from 85mphs winds or higher
