I had a domain registered on an account that has just been deleted...?

what do I do? I can't transfer it or renew it. If I let it die then I can't get it again for like 60 days and OH I'm just so pissed off.

You might still be able to transfer it unless it was locked.  Try going to http://www.doggydomains.com and see what happens if you try to transfer it.  If it doesn't work you can always contact http://www.icann.org
