I had a dream, what could it mean?

okay so i was walking through an office building and then this robot (which looks sort of like the robots from "I, Robot") started chasing me with cherry flavored tylenol. what could this mean?

sounds like you might be sick and should get checked out. how are you feeling? otherwise I would stay away from robots with cherry tylenol.
